Dewatering and Drying

Technical Energy Solutions (TES) conducts dewatering and drying of pipelines to achieve your dew point target. Either of dry air or dry nitrogen can be utilized. Typically, pigging is conducted to remove bulk water followed by continuous purging to dry the pipeline to specification.

Pneumatic Testing

Pigging with air can be utilized for cleaning, dewatering, and drying of new pipelines. When drying, pigging is typically conducted to remove bulk water followed by continuous purging to dry the pipeline to target dew-point. In some cases, pigging with air can also be utilized to propel inspection tools provided risks are properly mitigated.
